1. Can I purchase a iLappy Sleeve from a local shop?
For the moment, iLappy’s teams only do online sales. As making one size that fix for all laptops is physically impractical, and this will allegedly violate our policy. Furthermore, selling in shop will lead to higher operating cost. In order for you to enjoy the competitive prices, we’ve chosen to do the sales online.
2. What are the differences between the current market sleeves compare to iLappy sleeves?
Our sleeves adopt a wide variety of fashionable materials, from high quality velvet further to jeans. Each sleeve is preciously carved to fit your laptop. In conjunction with that, iFlex – a feature developed by iLappy provided you the conveniences you wouldn’t have in other laptop sleeves.
3. What is iFlex?
iFlex is one of the feature that iLappy’s teams developed. It was named for Infinite FLEXibility. It provides you the convenience where you don't have to remove your sleeve when your laptop is in use. Thus, allowing you to use your laptop effortlessly in public places and in public transportations.
Moreover, this feature allows you to connect your devices to your laptop when your laptop is in used on the sleeve. It also let you use your laptop on your lap. Thus, saving you space and time.
4. Is it possible to have my initials or name crafted on the sleeves?
We’re preparing to have this personalization in the future. Embroidered initials or name on all our customers is infeasible for the moments as we’re short of resources. We sincerely thanks for your feedback and we’ll always have your expectation in our mind. Do look us back for this.
5.Can I have pockets in the internal part?
The purpose of having a flat internal part of the sleeve is to protect your glossy laptop surface from scratches. Having a pocket in the internal part may make itself uneven, resulting possible in-held scratches. Seams that are present might also causes scratches. Thus, we’d not have internal pockets for all our sleeves. We truly understand this is the only way to protect your laptop.
6. Can I add pockets, or handles to the sleeve?
In general, we don’t encourage people to add pockets to their sleeve. As this might result in possible pressure build up on the surface of your laptop if you squeeze hard items, such as adapter or key into the pockets. And results in certain degree of harm to your laptop. However, we do have the options for you, such as a jeans pocket to your jeans sleeve at a fees of $5. No handle services being provided.
7. How do I use the Bank Transfer?
You need to be a OCBC or DBS/POSB Bank Account Holder to do a bank transfer. We accept payment through OCBC or DBS/POSB Internet Banking Fund transfer or ATM Fund Transfer. You’ll be given our account number in our confirmation letter. Please send us notification by email or SMS immediately after you’ve made your payment. Once we verify your payment, your items will be ship immediately.
8. Where do I mail the check or money order?
The check or money order must be made payable to the name stated in your confirmation letter and mail to address stated. You ’re not supposed to make cash check payment, as this is highly in risk. We’ll not be responsible for lost check.
iLappy must receive your payment within 7 days for check/money order payment or your order will be canceled.
Once you’ve send the check or money order. Email us at ilappy.sleeves@gmail.com, providing the check/money order reference number. Please allow three business day for order processing after we received your check.
9. How much is the local shipping cost?
It will be free delivery for local orders. This is a limited period promotion. Subject to change without notice. In order to ensure the items get delivery to your doorstep, all local orders will be sent as registered article. Shipping time is estimated to be 1 – 2 days.
10 . Can I change my payment method?
Yes, you may wish to change your payment method if you’re facing problem with the existing method. However, you’re required to send us your method of choices by emails together with your existing orders reference number. Once your order is verify, you’ll received a new confirmation letter and you’re required to follow the instruction in the new confirmation letter to make payment.
